The Procedure

Firstly, we fully explain the procedure to you, check your teeth are suitable for whitening, then you relax in our comfy chair, listen to soft music, your iPod, or watch Television; then…

A: Your starting teeth shade is recorded.
B: Protective glasses and lip balm to stop your lips drying out is applied.
C: A cheek retractor is installed.
D: A Protective mask is placed around the cheek retractor.
E: A moisture balm is applied to your inner lips.
F: So that your saliva does not dilute the whitening gel, your teeth are dryed in preparation for the application of the gel.
G: The whitening gel is mixed with the catalyst via the special mixing tip.
H: The gel is carefully applied onto your teeth.
I: The whitening activator light is applied – the light activates the catalyst (photo-excitement) to give better results than any other system.
K: At the end of the procedure the gel is removed and you rinse out.
L: After the 36-40 minute treatment (*3 x 12-15 minute cycles) your whitened teeth shade is taken again and compared with the starting shade.
